Q. What are Embroidery silk prints used for?.

A. Embellish the panels with threads, silk ribbon, lace, beads and buttons They can be used in patchwork, quilts, cushions,
wall hangings or frame just as they are. Discover your own artistic talent and embellish as much or as little as you wish.


Q. What is the price of the silk prints ?.

A. A4 ( Normal letter size paper) $25.00 AU + GST if applicable + postage.

A5 ( Half normal letter size paper) $20.00 AU + GST if applicable + postage.

A6 ( Quarter normal letter size paper) $15.00 + GST if applicable + postage.

Q. What is the text on the picture of the silk prints on my screen?.

A. That is called a watermark and is to protect copyright of images. It does NOT appear on the Silk panels you buy though they are

stamped on the outer edge with a copyright reminder. This does not affect the function of these panels



Q. What is the most common error made in registering?.

A. Subscribers giving the wrong email address, the email we send you has the link in it which completes the registration process.

This link serves two purposes. 1. Gives you the opportunity to opt out if you don't wish to proceed. 2. Stops other people from
signing up anyone for fun, they need access to the email entered to complete process. this way we know you intended to register.



Q. I have registered but cannot log in.

A. Have you responded to the email you received after registering?.

A. Did you type your correct email so you can receive your registration key?.

A. Have you typed the same USERNAME & PASSWORD that you registered with?.


Q. Do I have to register and log in to order online?

A. Yes Click on the register link and fill in required fields. click register and in a few moments you will receive an
email containing a link which you must respond to to complete registration. Log in using your user name and password.
You are now ready to order


Q. Do I have to give credit card details over the Internet?

A. No. After we have received your order we will ring you or you can ring us and give us your credit card details.
Your order will be processed and send as soon as a payment has been arranged.


Q. Can I Post or Fax My order and credit card details?.

A. Yes. Click the ORDER FORM from the menu, print the pdf form fill in your order, Your Name and Address and credit card details

Q. What are your terms?.
A. All product is prepaid, before delivery is dispatched.


Q. How is product sent?

A. Product is sent by Australia post. Large orders are Express post with tracking.


Q. Can my business order the same way?

A. Yes. You must tick the trader enquiry and supply an ABN Number and registered business name in Australia which will be checked by us,
before we grant trade access. (Minimum $100.00 for trade orders) Only appropriate needle work businesses accepted
